26-27 ABL League Rules
Each team must email their ABL roster to aebroomball@gmail.com by 4pm on Friday OCT 9 (Women's rosters are already in)
The roster limit for Men and Co-Rec play is 18. Players may only appear on one league roster. Teams may only bring in pickup players if they have less than ten total players from their roster available. Exception - If your rostered goaltender(s) is not available you are always able to pickup a goaltender. These rosters are not your AEB MN State Tournament or ABA National Tournament roster. The league roster has no bearing on those two tournaments.
No pickup players are allowed for playoff games, including goaltenders. You must use only your rostered players for the playoffs.
Games will be 15 minute stop time halves with a five minute warmup. There will be NO running time or mercy rule instituted for league play. Ties will stand in the regular season. Playoff games ending in ties will follow ABA rulebook procedures.
